I am absolutely in love with this thrifted transformation. It started with a ripped extra large rip curl dress. I fell in love with the mermaid print, so I had to make it into a tank. :) I basically made a flowy pattern and sewed an encasing place for ribbon. Then I added some ribbon, and tied them at the shoulders. It was one of the easiest and most comfortable garment I have made. So here are some pictures:
