I have finally finished it! It looks amazing and to be honest, I think it is the best thing I have ever made so far. So step-by-step, here is how I made it. I had to iron everything beforehand since it was very wrinkly and it was much easier to sew when ironed.
FABRIC PIC
I started with the skirt; I got some dark forest green satin fabric which I hemmed and made an elastic waistband for which ended up fitting me perfectly. Then, I got some satin fabric with the panels mirrored on spoonflower.com. I cut them out and finished the edges. I know in the movie it is all one skirt, but to make it easier and prettier, I made the panels a separate piece. I sewed the 10 panels onto an elastic waistband which will be put on over the skirt. I used a 3/4 ringed hoop skirt for the underskirt.
Next, the bodice; I got the fabric on etsy.com where the lady embroidered the flower top for me (since I am terrible at embroidering and don't have the patience for that) and I just had to make it into a corset top. I free handed the corset pattern since I didn't want to use boning, but I ended up just sewing it up (It looked good anyways) . I put some 2 inch gold ribbon as the trim for the bodice. The sleeves were made of the fabric for the skirt, and I got some beautiful dark green lace which is a bit larger than the one in the movie, but still looks terrific. I bundled it on the inside side front and back of the bodice.
So this is how it turned out! I am super excited for this one and think I did great! Let me know what you think! :)
