Kristoff's Outfit from Frozen

Hi again,
So I made a costume for my 4 year old brother which took a weekend of work since it was up cycled.
I found this plain vest on Ebay which looked perfect after days of searching; baggy, black, and with a big v section in the front. Then, I bought some tulle and cut and shred it up to look like faux fur which I hand sewed on (lengthy amount of time). I made his belt out of some scrap pieces of red linen fabric to tie in a half knot around his waist. After I was finally pleased with that, I started to work on the hat. I took an old pair of his sweatpants that were the perfect shade of gray to create his hat. The waistband of the pants fit his head good, so I finished the hat in minutes. I bought some snow boots, a gray sweater, and gray pants to finish off the look. I put reindeer antlers on a "horse" to make it look like Sven. This project was so simple, but ended up being so adorable, especially his hair too! :) He went to school and won the Halloween costume contest, everyone was shocked that his older sister made his costume. I am so glad I didn't end up doing Olaf instead for him. So here it is...
